Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, domestic and international.

Shipping options include USPS Ground Advantage, First Class International Package, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail International.

Please allow all orders 1-3 business days to be processed prior to being shipped.

Customers with orders that are substantially delayed, lost in transit, or reflect no meaningful updates to tracking after a period of time may reach out to us in order to remedy the situation. Strange Motion Co does not and cannot track every order individually, thus tracking of an order once shipped becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Digital products will be available to download immediately after payment is processed. No physical item will be shipped when a digital product is purchased.
